Summer Check-In: A 6-Session Coaching Series

Summer is a natural time to pause, take a breath, and check in with where you are in your life.

Are you feeling fulfilled and moving in a direction that feels right—or do you sense that something needs to change, even if you are not yet sure what that change looks like?

The Summer Check-In 6-Session Coaching Series is designed to help you uncover what you truly want, identify what is no longer working, understand what may be getting in your way, and reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose and direction.

Throughout the series, you will gain greater clarity, recognize the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, and receive practical tools to help you create meaningful and sustainable change. This is not about pushing harder, forcing answers, or having your entire life figured out. It is about slowing down, listening to yourself, and creating a personalized path forward—one intentional step at a time.

Session One: Your Life Check-In

We begin by taking an honest and compassionate look at where you are right now.

Together, we will explore the different areas of your life, including your health, relationships, career, personal growth, energy, and overall sense of fulfillment. We will identify what feels good, what feels out of balance, and where you may be feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for change.

This session gives you a clear starting point and helps you understand what needs your attention most.

Session Two: Uncovering What You Truly Want

Once you understand where you are, we turn our attention toward what you want.

We will explore your desires, values, dreams, and priorities—not what you think you should want or what others expect from you, but what genuinely feels meaningful and fulfilling.

You will begin creating a clearer vision for how you want your life to look and, just as importantly, how you want it to feel.

Session Three: Identifying What Is Not Working

In this session, we take a closer look at the areas of your life that are draining your energy, creating frustration, or keeping you from moving forward.

We will identify habits, routines, relationships, commitments, and circumstances that may no longer support the person you are becoming. You will gain clarity around what needs to change, what needs stronger boundaries, and what you may be ready to release.

This is not about judgment or blame. It is about becoming honest about what is no longer working so you can create space for something better.

Session Four: Understanding What Is Getting in Your Way

Knowing what you want is important, but understanding what has been stopping you is where deeper change begins.

Together, we will uncover the fears, limiting beliefs, self-doubt, old patterns, and emotional blocks that may be keeping you stuck. We will explore how overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, procrastination, or fear of failure may be affecting your choices.

You will receive practical tools to help you challenge these patterns, build confidence, and begin responding differently.

Session Five: Purpose, Strengths & Direction

This session focuses on reconnecting with your sense of purpose.

We will explore what matters most to you, what naturally energizes you, the strengths and experiences you bring to the world, and the kind of impact you want to make.

Purpose does not always arrive as one perfect answer. It often becomes clearer as you understand who you are, what you value, and what you feel called to create, contribute, or experience.

You will begin developing purpose language and a direction that feels personal, meaningful, and authentic to you.

Session Six: Your Personalized Path Forward

In our final session, we bring everything together into a clear and achievable plan.

You will choose your most important priorities, identify realistic next steps, and create supportive routines and accountability tools to help you continue moving forward.

You will leave with a personalized success plan that includes practical strategies for staying focused, working through obstacles, making confident decisions, and maintaining momentum without becoming overwhelmed.

The goal is not to completely reinvent your life overnight. It is to give you the clarity, tools, support, and direction necessary to begin creating the life you truly want.
